I always use this when I have to bring a dish to work. Everyone loves it! If you use breakfast sausage, you should double the recipe to make sure it all gets covered.

My entire family loves this recipe! I don't even eat eggs (unless they're baked in cookies/cakes) and it's one of my favorite breakfasts. Although I use 8-10 eggs (in a 9x13 pan) instead of 4, my mom has made it using only 4 eggs when made in a 9x9 pan.

I made this for a bible study holiday brunch this morning and it was a huge favorite, with many requests for the recipe. It was very simple, and travelled well, staying warm my insulated carrier until over an hour later! It was my first attempt at any kind of breakfast casserole, usually grabbing the baked goods spots. Thank you for such a successful beginning!

I love this recipe! It is easy to make, love that I make it the night before then simply bake in the oven the next morning. I suggest you REALLY drain the sausage by laying it on paper towels before adding to other ingredients. I have made this several times and have always gotten great response. Plan to make it for Christmas Breakfast!

This recipe is terrific! I had Christmas Breakfast at my home this year and everyone loved it. I made three of them and it all went! I recommend making this for your next brunch party!

We loved this delicious recipe! It was quick and easy with almost no cleanup. I used precooked turkey sausage with great results. And I loved making it ahead of time.
