Chow Mein Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed chicken and rice soup, undiluted
  • 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1 (3 ounce) can chow mein noodles

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine soups and milk. Stir in chicken. Transfer to a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes; stir. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until bubbly and noodles are crisp.

This is not chicken chow mein. It is canned soup over chow mein noodles. Sorry.
