"This smoothie tastes like a chocolate, peanut butter, and banana yogurt minus the yogurt. It's fast and easy and good for breakfast. Garnish with a little extra chocolate syrup if you like."

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Directions

  1. Blend the banana, skim milk, peanut butter, and chocolate syrup in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass to serve.
