Chocolate Mousse Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold skim milk
  • 1 (1.4 ounce) package sugar free, chocolate fudge flavored instant pudding
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen light whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (10 inch) prepared angel food cake

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Frost the cake.

  • Editor's Note: The chocolate mousse would also make a good dip for fresh strawberries or other fruit.
