Chocolate Icing

"A simple and delicious chocolate icing. Great on top of my family's all-time favorite Truffle Cookies, the recipe for which can also be found on this site."

Ingredients

  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, melted

Directions

  1. Mix sugar, milk and unsweetened chocolate until smooth.
  2. Use this icing for dipping the Truffle Cookies.
