Very nice---I like the cherry flavor with the chocolate--a good combination of flavors. I made these exactly as written, no subs or mods, and used regular-sized muffin papers. Very tasty served with a scoop of ice cream!

I made this! and they were a big success, I put a little more cherries and besides the semisweet chocolate, I also put semisweet mini kisses for baking!!!

Very good recipe. Perfect change to the usual brownie recipes. I made the recipe exactly as written - and they were wonderful. I added a light drizzle of glaze made from the cherry juice and powdered sugar. Although I was in a hurry to take them to a friends house - and added it to hot brownies right from the oven....the final look was not what I wanted since it just melted! But the taste was perfect!! : ) Will definitely make these again.

Made these into mini brownies. I got 24 mini brownies as well as 9 regular size brownies. I dipped the tops into chocolate ganache, then placed 1/2 cherry in the top and drizzled with a powdered sugar/cherry juice glaze. Great little treats, but next time, instead of chopping the cherries, I would 1/2 them and press one into each muffin cup. Some of the brownies ended up without any cherry and some had lots. That would just even it out, but overall, this is one that we really liked.

I thought these were okay. I would have liked them to be more chocolatey. The cherries were nice. I made half my batch with the pecans (didnt have walnuts) and the other half without. I also left the cherries whole and dropped one in the center of each brownie. I used mini cupcake pan to make them so they were bite size. I might make again and try to make them more chocolatey. Thanks for sharing!

Very tasty! I'm in a country where baking cup liners are hard to find, so I tried this recipe in a 9x13 glass baking dish for 35 minutes. Also skipped the nuts, and substituted candied cherries as they're easier to find here than maraschinos. Came out great! Moist and with a delightful texture. I'm going to try them again adding some dark chocolate into the mix just for fun. A recipe worth trying for sure.

I love trying new recipes and making them to our liking, I used 1/2 walnuts and 1/2 pecans and forgot to put the melted butter in. I thought they would be ruined but they were fantastic, and really moist. My hubby loves fresh whip cream so he took 2 broke them up in pieces put in a bowl and put fresh whipped cream over them-they were fantastic! Will make them again this week.
