Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lawry's® Baja Chipotle Marinade With Lime Juice, divided
  • 1 1/2 pounds uncooked large shrimp (21 - 25 per pound), peeled and deveined
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pineapple chunks in natural juice, drained or fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into chunks

Directions

  1. In Ziploc® bag, combine 3/4 cup Marinade and shrimp. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove shrimp; discard used marinade. On skewers, alternate shrimp with pineapple, onions and peppers. Grill kabobs over medium heat, brushing with remaining Marinade, until shrimp just turn pink, about 4 minutes per side.
