Celebrate the heavenly taste of fresh summer peaches in this adaptation of a traditional trifle. Layer prepared angel food cake with peach slices and vanilla yogurt blended with peaches and lemon zest to enjoy an easy, fabulous dessert. 

Fresh Peach Dumplings Served with Hard Sauce

This is fresh peaches wrapped in a rich flakey dough. Topped with a teaspoon of hard sauce after baked. No sugar is used on the peaches, just the sauce. Sugar free ice cream could be used instead of hard sauce.

Peaches and lemon juice are cooked with sugar, flour, and a bit of cornstarch until thick and bubbly. The filling is poured into a large casserole, topped with spoonfuls of dough, and baked until golden brown. Serve this lovely pie with vanilla bean ice cream. 

Peach Custard Pie III

Peach halves are arranged in a pie shell, and sprinkled with brown sugar and flour. A mixture of evaporated milk and egg is poured over the peaches, and before the pie is slipped into the oven, it 's dusted with sugar and spices.
