Marzetti® Asiago Peppercorn Dressing
2 (8 ounce) packages
instant microwaveable brown and wild rice blend, prepared
1 (15 ounce) can
garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
frozen peas, thawed by running under water and drained
diced red onion (1/4-inch pieces)
fresh chopped parsley
red pepper, diced
This is a fantastic recipe perfect for potlucks, parties, or just a great vegetarian meal. It can be a bit expensive per serving, but you could probably substitute precooked rice, a cheaper version of the asagio dressing. We will definitely make this again.
