Perfect blend! Love knowing what is in my chili powder!!
A perfect blend of spices. I use this in my homemade chili. Very good.
I ran out of store bought chili powder and needed some for a recipe I was in the middle of and this recipe worked great. I left out the onion powder and doubled everything else.
I had a large packet of red chili and used this recipe. I substituted 1 Tblsp. red chili powder for the cayenne pepper. Thanks Terri.
