It was a pretty good recipe, but not a lot of flavor really. I didn't simmer it until all the juices were gone for fear that it might over cook the chicken, but I will have to try that next time along with adding a few other spices to give it more kick. I like my Mexican food spicy!

Tried to follow other reviews and cook until the liquid was gone. I am impatient. I will try to wait until most of the liquid has cooked off next time.

I created this recipe exactly as specified and did not care for it at all! It calls for lemonade which I thought to be unusual, and sure enough, the chicken tasted exactly like lemonade even after properly simmered.

It was ok, a little bland for those of us that like spice. I added more chili, more garlic, more onion, deglazed the pan and made a killer guacamole. I'm going to encourage some other cook to write another recipe and set the bar even higher.
