cooked chicken strips
yellow or green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 (15 ounce) can
DEL MONTE Lite® Sliced Pears, drained
crumbled blue cheese
Coarsely ground black pepper
I thought this salad was so good. I have it as one of my two salads a week diet. The pears make it great! I used feta cheese because blue cheese is to strong for me. The yellow pepper taste better on this salad. I tried both. I used a dressing of olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic salt, salt, honey, and a small bit of sugar. You mix this separately and dress or toss. It's an A+.
