Bread crumbs, lots of butter, garlic, and parsley make this chicken the best chicken you have ever eaten. Serve with roasted potatoes, tomato and Feta salsa, and fresh arugula. The perfect weeknight meal, and sophisticated enough for dinner guests.

This is my family recipe for Chicken Katsu - Japanese style fried chicken. Can also be used to make Tonkatsu, just use pork cutlets instead of chicken. Serve with white rice and tonkatsu sauce.
