Delicious! We followed the top rated comments re: the egg wash and the sauce (cream of chicken soup, sour cream, lemon juice). We made 16 servings of this for a dinner party and everyone (well, the meat-eaters anyway) enjoyed it - some went back for 2nds.

Excellent! Surprisingly it was so simple but perhaps that's the way it tastes best. I've spent years stuffing chicken with various concoctions yet it has never been as tasty. My daughter who doesn't enjoy chicken and is a small eater, ate almost 2 breasts. I altered the recipe by using chicken thighs (more cost effective) and used Provolone cheese for inside and mozzarella on top. Will definitely be making this recipe again.

Pretty good, had a few additional ingredients to give it a little extra kick. Added garlic salt to the chicken, used chicken cutlets instead of breasts. The breasts seemed to be too thick and overpowered the ham/cheese. I also added a thin layer of bleu cheese dressing on the chicken before seasoning and rolling up. Came out great, compliments all around! This is my go-to recipe for a quick, but nice dinner.

I use Swiss cheese in the middle and add a 1/4 slice of bacon on top with grated Swiss cheese.

This is so simple, and tastes amazing. All of my roommates were in love with this. I did use the cream sauce and substituted provolone for swiss. If cooking at higher altitudes you need to bake for 45-50 mins. Quick and simple and everyone will love it!!!

This was very yummy and the family loved it. As mentioned in an earlier review, I made the honey mustard sauce from the Aussie Chicken recipe. I only rank this a four because the sauce stole the show and made this dish even better!

Absolutely amazing! I dipped the chicken in egg before coating it in the bread crumbs and used provolone instead of swiss, as well as making the mushroom soup mixture (cream of mushroom, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 tbsp. lemon juice) to pour over the top. My boyfriend gobbled it up and was still talking about how delicious it was the next morning, needless to say I sent him to work with the leftovers. :)

I think next time I will use a little more of my own seasoning. The chicken was a little dry. My family really liked it.
