I had to substitue ritz crackers for corn flakes, and sea shell noodles for the rigatoni ones. Good. Made a ton. Good for company dish and leftover turkey. Could go a little easier on curry for our taste.

I made the following substitutions...most based on other reviews...with great results: deleted the mayonnaise and butter; used one can of cream of mushroom soup and one of chicken; used frozen mixed vegetables that included French cut green beans; and used bread crumbs rather than corn flakes. Very easy, very tasty and great for leftovers.

Have made it a couple of times now. It makes so much you can divide it and freeze. I usually use "stir fry" style frozen vegetables. Its a definite keeper.

Next time I make this I will probably use less pasta (ended up with the casserole overflowing) and frozen grench-cut green beans instead of canned. My husband LOVED it. It's definitely a keeper.
