boneless, skinless chicken breasts
cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters
low fat tiny mozzarella balls, cut into quarters
red wine vinegar
Great recipe and different. I might throw a little garlic in the recipe as well next time for a little extra flavor but turned out great.
well mine doesn't look like yours...yet (lol) smells delicious and hoping it will taste it too. ---(hate the flattening part i don't think i did a very good job there) will come back and rate again. okay- girlfriend loved it. it's a keeper.
VERY tasty and simple as written. I did only one thing different I used fresh mozzarella, not the mozzarella balls. I cut fur slices, maybe 1/2" think and cut each piece of cheese into four quarters. I plan on making again....cooking times were exact as written as well
SO DELICIOUS! I did change a few things though, I used fresh mozzarella inside the chicken, and I used balsamic vinegar instead of red wine vinegar. It was super tasty, though, and everyone loved it! I'll definitely make this one again!
Excellent!!! We are on a diet in out house and this does not taste like diet food....Even picky children loved it..
Yum, this was surprisingly good. The red wine vinegar gave it a really good kick. I didnt have mrs dash tomato and basil, I could only find the garlic and herb and turned out great. I didn't have any toothpicks either so I just improvised and laid the chicken side by side. I had a whole container of cherry tomatoes and mozzarella left over so I chopped it all up and tossed with it with the mrs dash and a bit of olive oil and the vinegar and just put it around and ontop of the chicken. My fiancé loved it! Will make again
I honestly didn't think this would be that great but I was amazed. That Mrs. Dash I think made all the difference and I absolutely loved using the cherry tomatoes; I never think to use them all that much. This will be a staple at our house for dinner It was even better leftover.
