This was good, but I must say I wasn’t wild about it. My only deviation from the recipe was to add a shredded provolone/mozzarella blend to the mix. I then popped it under the broiler to melt the cheese. I added the cheese hoping to “glue” the ingredients together, so they wouldn’t fall off as easily when eating it. It worked for me. I thought the amount of sun-dried tomatoes in this was a little skimpy (or maybe mine were just small), but I would add more next time.
