This was quick, simple, and delicious.
Not bad. I used leftover rotisserie chicken and I replaced the water with chicken broth. I omitted the red pepper since I didn't have any of that on hand. I also grated some fresh parmesan over the top. It was very flavorful quick weeknight dinner.
Good, if you want imitation alfredo.
