Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Stir in chips. Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes; cut into bars. Cool completely in the pan.
