Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained

Directions

  1. in a medium bowl, cream together butter, confectioners' sugar and orange juice; mix in coconut.
  2. Wrap coconut mixture around each cherry to cover completely. Store in refrigerator in a tightly covered container until ready to serve.
