For this very cherry, no-bake pie, whole cherries are piled into a crust and covered with a mashed cherry and gelatin mixture that has been thickened and sweetened on the stove. Then it 's chilled for several hours and served topped with whipped cream.

This recipe is great with vanilla ice cream or yogurt. It's my first year trying the crust and haven't looked for another pie crust recipe since. If desired, mix 1/4 cup of wheat germ into the pie crust dough.

Peach filling is prepared ahead of time and frozen inside a pie plate. When ready to bake, simply place it in a crust-filled pie plate of the same size, and bake.

If you've never eaten a fresh cherry pie, you're in for a treat. It's a bit of work to pit the cherries, but once this is done, there's not much left to do to make the filling: just mix the cherries with almond and vanilla extracts, sugar, tapioca, and a pinch of salt.

You'll be able to tell that this is a prize-winning recipe. The crust is flaky and buttery, the cherry filling is thick and perfectly sweetened, and there's a lovely hint of almond extract.

A vanilla cookie crust is host to a heavenly, yet sinful creamy filling, made with butter, chocolate, cherries and whipped eggs. Please note: this recipe contains raw eggs. We recommend that pregnant women, young children, the elderly and the infirm do not consume raw eggs. Important: be sure to use only fresh eggs for this recipe.

This one uses tapioca. You can multiply the recipe as many times as you'd like.
