"Chewy cherry cookies made with whole grain flours." — Graham Howell
Watch video tips and tricks
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup soy margarine
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon imitation vanilla extract
1 cup white spelt flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup dried cherries
These turned out well. However, I used real honest vanilla extract.
Mine turned out really flat and I ended up throwing them away. Quite possibly something I did wrong, but I couldn't figure it out. :(
