I'm giving it a four because I wasn't too crazy about the almonds on top. Otherwise it was really good and easy! Next time i'll just make it without the almonds.

My new son-in-law is Dutch and I wanted to surprise him on Christmas morning with a Dutch treat. Willem and the rest of the family loved it! It was light and fluffy - like a popover. I added the cherry topping with the powered sugar and it was delicious! Dutch babies for breakfast is our new holiday favorite.
