I will never buy tzatziki sauce from the store again! This recipe is delicious and very easy, as long as you can plan ahead and let it chill for a few hours. I swapped the cayenne pepper for paprika and used three quarters yogurt, one quarter sour cream. Also, I used the nonfat store brand yogurt from my local supermarket, and it turned out great. I can't get enough of this stuff when I go to Greek restaurants, and was always disappointed with anything I found at the supermarket. This recipe solves that! Thanks again Chef John!
