Cheesy Rice and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked
  • 1/2 pound reduced fat pasteurized prepared cheese product, cut up

Directions

  1. Place broccoli and broth in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  2. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in prepared cheese product; cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until prepared cheese product is melted.

Footnotes

  • Substitute frozen broccoli florets, thawed, for fresh broccoli.
