Made this over New Year's for a family gathering and it got rave reviews. My dad went back for seconds and thirds! Paired it with some scrambled eggs and topped it with a bit of tabasco. Thanks for a great recipe!

This was fine. It really didn't have a ton of flavor. Just too creamy, and turned out mush. No one raved, and it took much longer too cook than expected. Next time, maybe I'll add onion or peppers. Something to make it not so one-dimensional.

Yum!!! It's tough for me to find a recipe that's a hit with the kids and my husband, but this did the trick. I used 2 cups of ham (had leftovers from Christmas) and it turned out great. I might try shredded parmesan next time, but the grated gives it almost a bread crumb texture on top. Still as good the next day. I will definitely make this again!

This was very good - Sharp Cheddar Cheese is a must for bringing out the "cheese" flavor - unfortunately...our frozen hash browns come in only 28oz bags...I went with that and found it really needed those additional 4oz - Nonetheless...I'll be making this again !!

Wicked Yummy... I made this Christmas morning, along with some French Toast, this was gone first. Since then my husband has me make this all the time. Recently I have been making this with bacon and my kids go nuts over it.
