made this last night to go with burgers on the grill; turned out pretty good. Was definitely creamy (almost too soupy when it first came out of the oven, but set up a little bit after about 10min). Mine was greasy on top, though! Ugh! I laid a couple of strong, absorbent paper towels across the top to blot up most of the grease & it looked a lot more appetizing after that. *Final conclusion: although this recipe was good, I think I like my old hashbrown casserole better (only 1 can of "Cream of ..." soup) and I might add diced ham to mine in the future. ** Oh yeah, I think it needs several shakes of Hot Sauce to give it a little zing!
