avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
chopped fresh cilantro
garlic cloves, minced
rinsed, drained canned black beans
1 1/2 cups
grated Romano cheese
cayenne pepper, or to taste
Very good! I used green onions in place of the chives and less cayenne than called for (didn't want it TOO spicy). Great texture and loved the 'different' flavor. I really liked the addition of the Romano cheese. A nice take on guacamole...I will be making this again! Thanks for sharing. :)
