Ingredients

  • 1 pound extra lean ground beef
  • 14 Premium Plus Crackers, finely crushed
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Recipe Pieces, divided
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Dressing
  • 4 KRAFT singles slices
  • 2 slices red onion, separated into rings

Directions

  1. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients; shape into 8 thin patties. Combine shredded cheese and 2 Tbsp. bacon; spoon onto centres of 4 patties. Cover with remaining patties; pinch edges together to seal.
  3. Grill 7 to 9 min. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  4. Spread bottom halves of buns with dressing. Fill buns with burgers, Singles, remaining bacon and onions.

I let my husband take over on this one, he didnt use any crackers or the egg in the beef mix....

I have to say, best burger I ever made. I did slitely seasoned the patties with black pepper.
