I've made this twice now, the first time I had no potatoes and used noodles instead. This time I made it as recipe calls except I left out the sour cream...and added some processed cheese instead...that was very good and gave it that extra creaminess it needed. This soup is so good on a very cold night...perfect comfort food and the whole family loves it. I like both noodles and potato...either one...it is great.

It was OK. Needed so many extra seasonings in it...worchestershire sauce, season salt, garlic, salt and pepper, hot pepper flakes...

I used only two cups of the potatoes and used 2% milk and it turned out great.

This was amazing! My family absolutely loved it! Some changes I made - didn't have celery so I skipped it. I used Italian seasoning instead of basil and parsley, and I added 2 packets of Sazon seasoning.

Easy and very good. I cheated and used the cubed hashbrowns, otherwise followed recipe. Yum! and good the next day too!

This is the perfect recipe for a cold day, especially since it doesn't take very long to make. I used 1 pound of beef and added mor cheddar cheese and sour cream. We did potatoe bread in soup and it was yummy. My husband said the soup is good, but after a few bites he said it doesn't taste as great, but I didn't think that. He is too picky of an eater and a little on the strange side :)

Great comfort food! I was a little skeptical, but after all of the great reviews I got from my family...this is for keeps! I used a pound of ground beef and increased the amount of vegetables slightly. I also used one 8oz block of sharp cheddar and one 8oz block of medium cheddar which I cubed myself. I think it is the perfect soup for a cold snowy day.
