Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup mayonnaise*
  • 1 (8 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
  • 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Stir in macaroni and garlic if desired. Transfer to a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

I like this recipe, I do add additional cheddar and add crushed Ritz crackers to the top though.
