Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked spiral pasta
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise*
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, milk, salt and basil. Stir in the vegetables, chicken and 1 cup cheese. Drain pasta; stir into vegetable mixture. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  2. Cover and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Reduced-fat or fat-free mayonnaise is not recommended for this recipe.
  • This recipe was tested with an 850-watt microwave.
