I thought this potato salad was great, a touch on e sweet side for me. I would cut the sugar by a third next time I make it!

Not your mom's potato salad! :-) Definitely a new taste for this American side dish. We liked it, however the 6 tablespoons will be cut to probably 3 (it was just too sweet)! I'm also trying to figure out why mine was watery after a couple hours. Still a good twist & I'll make it again with less sugar. :-)

By far my favorite potato salad. If you like them a little on the sweeter side rather than on the really tangy or mustard-y side, you'll LOVE this.

I gave this only three stars because there was something missing. The dressing tasted great, but it wasn't to my liking.If I make this again, I think I will put in some dry mustard to give it a boost.

I have made this salad for special family gatherings and everyone who tries it says that they love it! I now get requests to bring it to our gatherings. The little extra work of making the dressing is well-worth the effort.
