This will be my go-to for banana bread! I swapped out sour cream for plain non-fat yogurt, margarine for butter, white sugar for just 1 cup brown sugar, dusted greased pan w/ cinnamon-sugar mixture, and topped with a streusel as suggested by another member (1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 TBSP flour, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 2 TBSP melted butter). Baked 1 hour at 350, then 20 minutes at 300. Perfect every time! Thank you!
