Absolutely the best banana bread...I used the tip of adding walnuts and powdering the pan with a sugar/cinnamon mix - perfect!!!

This bread came out light, fluffy, soft and so delicious. I baked only for 25 minutes in a 9x13 pan. It came out moist and almost like a cake.

This was very moist. I took the advice of other reviewers and used two cups of mashed bananas, I also substituted brown sugar for the white sugar. I took it to work and got many compliments.

I've been wanting to try a sour cream banana bread for a while to see how it compares to my regular recipe, which uses oil. It was good, but not great enough to deter me from my go-to recipe. Since sour cream isn't something I keep on hand (like oil), I'll probably stick with my regular recipe.

This is the only banana bread base recipe that I use! I love the sour cream as it makes the bread so moist and delicious. I will also add coconut or dark rum and sometimes nutmeg or a dash of cinnimon. Yum!
