First - 1 1/2 cups of the spiral pasta is about 1/2 of a 12 oz box. The dressing for this is similar to a dressing I use on another salad that calls for less brown sugar - I backed down the brown sugar from 6 Tbls to 4 Tbls and it was still a little bit too sweet for me. I would add some finely diced red onion. The cashews are really great and add a nice crunch.

OMG, this is my new favorite recipe! I just bought wheat pasta and used about 2.5 cups of it instead of 1.5 cups. I thought the dressing was perfect and not overly sweet. This is a perfect potluck item, but I would double the recipe for larger gatherings.

Really like this-left out pepper did not have one but good anyway. I think you could make this with just the pasta and it would be good. Will certainly make it again-loved the dressing.

Ok, not the best thing ever, but pretty easy and good for left-overs.

Very good!! The sauce has a nice, sweet flavor. I will definitely make again. Perfect for leftover Thanksgiving turkey.

Sweeter than I was expecting, but still really good. The salty cashews help to cut down on the sweetness. The bell pepper and celery add a really nice crunch, so I would probably add more next time. Also, the recipe calls for a large amount of turkey compared to the other ingredients, but it really is needed to soak up all the dressing. The only substitutions I made were using plain pasta instead of tricolor and a red bell pepper instead of green. This would be really good on a salad or if the pasta was left out on a sandwhich. Thank you for the recipe.

I have made this salad many times for the weekly potluck at work. Everyone who has had it has totally loved it and I get requests to make this regularly. The unusual combination of sweet and sour is a big reason for it's popularity. I usually substitute chicken breasts for the turkey and it still tastes wonderful.
