I followed the recipe perfectly (I don't like to change recipes before trying them) and it never rose. I know my yeast is fine so I'm not sure why I ended up with a bread machine full of muck.

I really liked this recipe - the bread came out yummy and light. I used two tablespoons of sugar instead of three and it was the perfect sweetness. I also used regular milk instead of milk powder. I can't wait to have it for breakfast tomorrow!

DELICIOUS! Best bread! Would happily make this every day, and the kids love it too. Top sank a bit so will reduce fluid, and maybe try less sugar as very (but not too) sweet. YUMMY

I served this bread to my guests and everyone loved it... I wish my bread machine was bigger so we could have had more! The top fell in, but I think that this was due to there being too much butter in the recipe. Next time I am going to try it with a little less butter and without the sugar, as it was plenty sweet and I am trying to find good recipes without sugar in them. The taste was spectacular!
