2 cups whole spelt flour
1 cup carob powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups honey
1 cup strong brewed vanilla hazelnut tea (such as Yogi®)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
It is hard to make a moist, good, and good for you brownie but this recipe is wonderful. The addition of brewed tea really adds to the flavor.
I used soy milk instead of cream and I cut the honey amount down to 1/2 cup. These were worth making! I'll be making them again!
