Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 5 cups green seedless grapes
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, confectioner's sugar and vanilla. Stir in grapes. Set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar. Stir constantly and cook over medium heat until mixture starts to thicken. It does not need to boil.
  3. Pour brown sugar and butter over grape mixture and stir until well blended. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
