I used nonfat dry milk in place of the creamer, and added a tablespoon of instant espresso to make it more like coffee shop cappuccino. It tastes fabulous, but if you add the espresso, you will probably want to use 2 tablespoons of mix per 6 oz. hot water. We just had a severe ice storm in North Carolina and were without power for three days in temperatures dropping below 20; I'd just finished my first batch of this (intended for gifts), but we heated water on a camp stove and lived off of this stuff. It's wonderful in the cold!
