Really good! I used whole baby carrots. My whole family loved them, even my Father who doesn't care for cooked carrots! Served them with braised short ribs and sweet italian green beans, yum!

These carrots are delicious! I made them in strips, as the recipe calls for. I also made a batch with slices from my food processor. As suggested, I let the butter and brown sugar mixture get thick and bubbly before I added the carrots. Now I make a double batch because they go so fast! We prefer sliced carrots because they hold more of the wonderful sauce.

These carrots had just the right amount of sweetness. My son grumbled about the carrots but then practically inhaled a huge serving! I used baby carrots and a little bit of corn starch to thicken it up.

Excellent! I made these tonight for my husband and 15-month-old daughter. I hadn't fed her carrots successfully in a while, and I don't make them very often because I don't usually like carrots. She loved them, and so did both of us adults! Not too sweet, which is an added bonus.
