Just had no enthusiasm for preparing dinner last night, and this proved to be a nice option. I didn't want big chunks of pineapple, so I used pineapple tidbits, and instead of green peppers, used red. I used the Classic Crust, and next time I will use the thin crust, since this is a lot of dough. This is soooo easy to make and it's a nice change from the standard tomato sauce pizza. All of these ingredients complement each other very well. You may get a sweet bite with the pineapple, and then a savory bite with the Canadian bacon and onion. I can see baking this in a rectangular pan and cutting into small squares for party finger food. After a day of yard work, we enjoyed this with a cold glass of beer.
