A perfect campfire treat, fresh bananas are carefully slit open and stuffed with marshmallows and chocolate chips, wrapped in aluminum foil and cooked for a few minutes until the chocolate is melted. Then just dig in with your spoon!

Bananas are dipped in melted chocolate chips, rolled in sprinkles or nuts, then chilled on waxed paper. You can insert wooden sticks for handles if you like. So easy, the kids can make them.

For a quick snack, I buy the small tortilla shells in the refrigerated section in the store. I then spread peanut butter and or bananas/raisins on, fold and serve. In the morning, I have added a little honey on top.

It's easy to make this fun campfire dessert by stuffing a slice of candy bar into a banana, then wrapping the fruit in foil and cooking in the coals of a campfire for a few minutes. They make a nice option to S'mores. Just unwrap and eat with spoons.
