Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • Chopped toasted pecans
  • 4 cups hot cooked rice

Directions

  1. Heat butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add soup, mayonnaise, honey and mustard. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve with rice.
