Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/3 cup minced fresh ginger root
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 hot chile peppers, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix hot water, sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, ginger, garlic, and chile peppers in a bowl.
