1 tablespoon olive oil
6 cloves garlic, chopped
6 squid, cleaned and cut into 1/2 inch rings
1/2 cup white wine
1 1/2 cups converted long-grain white rice
3 1/3 cups water
2 1/2 teaspoons canned tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Very bland even when I added onions and dashes of old bay seasonings (per reviewers addition). Use chicken broth instead of water.
Delicious! I added an onion, doubled the black pepper and added 2 T of Old Bay Seasoning.
