Butterscotch Crunch

"They are just what the title suggests: crunchy and butterscotch-y! They are a no-bake cookie and very easy to make. If you are a butterscotch fan this is the cookie for you."

Ingredients

  • 2 cups butterscotch chips
  • 1 (5 ounce) can chow mein noodles

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butterscotch chips over low heat, stirring frequently. When they are completely melted, remove from the heat and stir in the noodles until they are evenly coated. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Allow cookies to set up for 20 to 25 minutes, then peel them from the waxed paper and enjoy!
