  1. Heat olive oil in a medium saute pan over low heat. Add garlic, cook 3 minutes. Increase heat to high, add beans and peppers. Saute 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pasta pot according to directions.
  2. Drain cooked pasta and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water. Add pepperoncini, olives, parsley, lemon juice and bean and pepper mixture to the large pasta pot, add pasta and water, toss well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour in a large serving bowl and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  3. Serve hot or cold. Let sit in refrigerator for 1 hour to serve cold.

I really like this recipe...make sure you add all of the garlic it calls for and a dash more lemon juice. My husband and 1 year old loves it!

I didn't like the flavor of this, I served it warm. It wasn't terrible, but I won't make it again.

I loved this recipe. It is so easy to prepare,and the taste is just outstanding. I paired it with chopped sirloin patties and topped them with some cilantro.

My kids loved it. Better cold than hot. Oldest (16) said it was as good as Ruby Tuesday's pasta. :o)

I thought this recipe was really good. I did add a bit more lemon juice for added flavor. The next time I make this recipe I intend to add chicken breast as well.
