pre-baked pizza crust, such as Boboli
shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
ground black pepper
deli ham, cut into small dice
red onion, cut into small dice
tomato, thinly sliced
This was good, however seemed to be lacking something. I used Boboli thin wheat crust, and it seemed a little bland. The next time I make this, I will add a thin layer of marinara sauce before pouring on the egg mixture. I served this along with marinara for dipping and that really improved the overall flavor. Also, instead of ham I used crumbled pork sausage. Good recipe, and it's a good change from ordinary breakfast or brunch items.
I made this quite a while ago, but I can still remembering it being very good. Unfortunately I'm the only one in my family that likes brunch pizzas so I can't make it very often.
this was a good pizza but i had trouble pouring the egg/cheese mixture over the Boboli pizza crust..it was very watery and hard to mantain. But over all i thought it tasted pretty good
