This was awesome and moist. I do think there is a little too much milk, I had to add breadcrumbs so it wasn't so wet. I did add a package of onion soup mix instead of an onion. I also added about 3 cloves of garlic. I mixed together the ketchup and brown sugar and added just enough to the bottom of the dish to cover it. I put the rest on the top. Next time I make this I will slightly reduce the amount of sauce, it was a lot. But overall this was delicious (with the changes I would give it a 5) and I will be making it again. I dinged it a star just because I thought the package of onion soup mix was a fairly significant change. It did cook perfectly in a glass loaf pan in 1 hour and the juices at the bottom were great on potatoes. *Update: I made the leftovers as a meatloaf sandwich for the BF with onions, tomatoes, a good sharp cheddar and garlic aioli on toasted sourdough and he said it was amazing.
